I believe that you can't emphasize enough the importance and need for good work and life balance. Employees will be happier at work if they have a decent work-life balance. Employees' stress levels and risk of burnout can be decreased by doing this. Thus, companies must make sure their employees have time for themselves. It can lead to mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, which can have a negative impact on physical health, including chronic aches, heart troubles, and hypertension.
A company needs its employees to be productive. Therefore, if the employee's work-life balance is steady, they will be much happier at work. In my opinion, a flexible work environment greatly helps employees feel less stressed, increases their levels of job satisfaction, and motivates them to adopt healthier behaviours.
